The cap has no tamper evident ring and instead of a bulb it has a button mechanism for a luxury look and feel. It's made from plastic (cap), polymer (internal bulb) and glass (tube). The best way to operate the pipette is to lay your finger flat across the top so you won't press the button any lower than the rim of the cap.
