200 ml Sirius Cosmetic Jar, Miron Violet Glass

Miron violet glass 200 ml cosmetic jar Sirius. Miron article number CD-B-200. Low, wide model,. Approx. 5,3 cm high and 9,4 cm wide. Includes straight, flat lid (Modern). The lid is made of plastic and has a violet inlay that helps seal the jar. The lid comes in two types of plastic: hard plastic (urea moulding compound) and softer plastic (polypropylene, PP). The second lid was introduced because of agreements not to increase worldwide production of hard plastic. PP is easier to produce and it's also recyclable.

The difference between the urea lid and the PP lid is that the PP lid is somewhat flexible, has a deeper colour and is glossier than the urea lid, which is hard and can seem a little bit grey under a certain angle.
