Shungite, rough, 3-4 g

Small piece of rough shungite weighing between 3-4 g. Size: approx. 1 x 1 x 2 cm. Shungite consists of mostly carbon, and these rough pieces give off black dust. It's best not to put them in your pocket without wrapping them in something. The dust easily washes off your hand, by the way, but I wouldn't risk it with clothing.

Shungite is also said to purify water, but it can contain traces of pyrite, which is extremely toxic when ingested. 98% carbon still leaves some room for other, unidentified minerals, so pleas do NOT use them for water purification. If you want to drink shungite water, use the indirect method of putting the shungite against a glass of water or a bottle so that it doesn't actually touch the water. Better safe than sorry, right?
